Date de publication : 28.10.24
In Extenso, the leading chartered accountancy firm in France, has taken a new strategic step in its international development. The firm has just finalised a partnership with three leading companies in the European accountancy market: Fidexpert, DCA SAM and ETL Global French Desk. This internationalisation is part of our strategic plan to expand our European footprint, particularly in countries bordering France.
Fidexpert, based in Switzerland, has established itself as a key player in the chartered accountancy market in French-speaking Switzerland. Composed of 14 fiduciaries, each with their own specialisms, 9 audit offices, and offices specialising in commercial law, trusts and international law, the group supports companies from all sectors of the economy (real estate, industry, automotive, aeronautics, services, construction and public works, etc.). With a team of 120 experts, it provides advice and operational solutions to these companies at all stages of their development, both in Switzerland and internationally.
DCA SAM, based in Monaco, is a leading player in the field of audit and accounting with a diversified client base. In Extenso is thus strengthening its presence in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region in order to better support local and international companies operating in the area.
ETL Global French Desk (the French office in Spain of the international ETL Global network) was created to support individual entrepreneurs and French-speaking SMEs in their expansion abroad, particularly in non-French-speaking countries. The French Desk is expanding rapidly in Spain, and its commitment to proximity and quality has enabled it to establish itself in the country in just three years. ETL French Desk has 2 offices in Madrid and Barcelona, and 250 customers, mainly French companies based in Spain.
These three strategic alliances demonstrate the In Extenso Group’s ability to respond both to changes in the chartered accountancy profession and to the new challenges faced by companies seeking to push back the frontiers.
“These mergers are perfectly in line with our international development strategy. Fidexpert, DCA SAM and ETL Global French Desk share our values and our vision of local support for very small businesses. By combining our strengths and expertise, we are convinced that we will be able to offer our customers even greater expertise, tailored to their growth challenges, particularly across borders, regardless of their location.”
